How long does setup take?+
Most operators take their first online booking the same afternoon. Sign up, add your courts and rates, plug in payments (or skip them and run Manual mode), flip on the public booking page. We're on chat the whole way through if anything trips you up.
How does the pricing actually work?+
Pick the mode that matches how you run your venue. Manual and Online both run on the standard monthly Business subscription — the convenience fee is a flat 2%, and you choose in settings whether you absorb it or add it at checkout. Online · Pass-through is free monthly — your customers cover the convenience fee (3.5%) instead. Switch any time from your account settings.
Do I need to enable online payments?+
No. Manual mode lets your customers send GCash or bank transfer directly to you and upload the receipt — you approve, the calendar updates. Add online payments (PayMongo, Stripe, Xendit) whenever you're ready, and Sales, Inventory, Invoices and multi-location unlock as add-ons.
Which countries and currencies do you support?+
Built for Southeast Asia. Pick PayMongo or Xendit for the Philippines (GCash, QR Ph, card, bank transfer); Xendit for the rest of SEA. USD billing via Stripe also available for international operators — and yes, we already have customers in the US.
Can customers book under my own brand?+
Yes. Connect a custom domain like yourcourts.com from day one. Logo and favicon customization on the public booking page on the standard plan.
Do you support multi-location chains?+
Yes, when you're on online payments. One account managing multiple facilities, shared customer profiles, location-level reports.
Can I export my data if I leave?+
Yes. Sales reports export to CSV. API access and webhooks let you pull everything else. No exit fees. No lock-in.
What integrations do you support?+
Payments: Stripe, PayMongo, PayPal, Xendit. Customer auth: Google and Apple sign-in. REST API and webhooks for custom integrations. We add more native integrations as customers ask.
