How long does setup take?+
Most operators take their first online booking the same afternoon. Sign up, add your courts and rates, add the payment details your customers should use, and flip on the public booking page. We're on chat the whole way through if anything trips you up.
Can it take online payments automatically, without me approving each one?+
Online checkout is currently available for venues in the Philippines. Everywhere else, venues run in Manual mode: customers book online, see your payment details (bank transfer, your local e-wallet or a QR code), upload their receipt, and you approve the booking — usually one tap from your phone. The money goes straight to you.
Which countries and currencies do you support?+
Venues anywhere can run their bookings, open play, schedules and reports on ManageSports, with prices in their own currency. Online checkout is available for venues in the Philippines; everywhere else, venues run in Manual mode and customers pay the venue directly. Subscriptions outside the Philippines are billed through PayPal.
Which sports does it handle?+
Any court, pitch, lane or studio you rent by the hour — pickleball, badminton, basketball, tennis, squash, padel, football turf, cricket nets, climbing walls, swim lanes, ice rinks and multi-sport venues. Hourly slot booking works for all of them, and open-play sessions are available for the social-play sports like pickleball, badminton and basketball.
Can customers book under my own brand?+
Yes. Every venue gets its own booking page with your logo and photos, and we can connect your own domain (like yourcourts.com) for you.
Do you support multi-location chains?+
Yes. One account runs several facilities, each with its own booking page and reports, and branches group courts by location inside one facility.
How secure is my data and my customers' payments?+
In Manual mode no card data passes through ManageSports at all — customers pay you directly. Everything runs over TLS 1.2+ with HSTS, passwords are bcrypt-hashed with social sign-in available, and the managed database is backed up daily with point-in-time recovery.
Can I export my data if I leave?+
Yes. Your booking list and reports export to CSV. No exit fees. No lock-in.
What integrations do you support?+
Customer auth: Google and Apple sign-in. Online payment integrations are currently available for venues in the Philippines. We add more native integrations as customers ask.
