Yes. Set how many days ahead bookings open (or a fixed end date), the minimum and maximum booking length in hours, and 30 or 60-minute slots for each court. If players pay you directly, you can also approve each booking before it's confirmed.
If you don't require payment or approval up front, players can cancel an unpaid booking from their account. Otherwise your staff cancel or move bookings, and the player gets an email with the new time. Refunds are up to you, so you set your own policy.
