1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using Managesports, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Description of service
Managesports is a software-as-a-service platform for sports facility operators. It provides booking management, payment processing through third-party providers, customer profiles, reports, and optional modules such as Sales, Inventory, Open Play and Rentals. Features available to you depend on your active subscription plan.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password and access tokens secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse-engineering, no automated scraping beyond what we explicitly allow, no use of the service to violate applicable laws, infringe intellectual property, or facilitate fraud. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the platform or harm other customers.
5. Subscriptions, fees & refunds
Plans are billed monthly. Online bookings paid in PHP through PayMongo are subject to a transaction fee depending on plan (currently 2–3%). Bookings billed in USD through Stripe carry no transaction fee. Trials, when offered, run for the period specified at signup. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Transaction fees on completed bookings are also non-refundable.
6. Your data & content
You own the customer, booking and operational data you put into Managesports. We process it on your behalf to provide the service. You can export Sales reports as CSV at any time, and Business plan subscribers can pull additional data via the REST API and webhooks. We won't sell your data.
7. Intellectual property
The Managesports software, brand, copy, design, and trademarks remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service while your subscription is active.
8. Third-party services
Payment processing is provided by Stripe, PayMongo, Xendit and PayPal. Your use of payment features is also governed by their respective terms. We aren't responsible for outages, fees, or decisions made by these processors. Any disputes about a specific charge should be raised with the processor in question and with us in parallel.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Managesports is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we work hard to keep the service running and accurate, we don't warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free output, or fitness for a specific purpose beyond what's explicitly described in our marketing pages or product documentation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managesports won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted from our active systems.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Butuan City unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise for your jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product and the regulatory environment evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email and through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.
